For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on medications once they have left our facility, unless there was an error in your order. What is included in the ₱399 yearly membership?

Your ₱399 annual membership gives you access to exclusive pricing and the ability to purchase medicines, medical devices, and other health products from our store. Members also enjoy priority support and access to special promotions.

Is the ₱399 membership fee refundable?

The membership fee is non-refundable once activated. However, you will maintain full access to all member benefits for the entire 12-month period.

How do I activate my membership?

Your membership is activated immediately after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your membership details and instructions on how to start shopping.

Do I need a membership to buy medicines?

Yes, only active members can purchase medicines and medical devices from our store. The ₱399 membership unlocks all purchasing privileges.

How long is my membership valid?

Your membership is valid for one full year (12 months) from the date of activation.

Can I renew my membership after it expires?

Yes. You can renew your membership anytime. We will also send reminders before your expiration date so you can renew without interruption.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time; however, the ₱399 membership fee is non-refundable and remains active until it expires.

How do I buy products after becoming a member?

Once your membership is active, simply log into your account and you’ll automatically see member access to the store. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout normally

Are there any limits on what members can buy?

Members can buy any available store products, including medicines, medical devices, supplements, and health supplies. Some items may have quantity limits for safety or regulatory reasons.

Do you offer discounts or promotions for members?

Yes. Members receive exclusive deals, seasonal discounts, and special pricing not available to non-members.

Can I share my membership with others?

Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared. However, you may purchase medicines or medical devices on behalf of family members if legally permitted (e.g., with a valid prescription when required).
