Welcome to Salus Care PH (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://saluscareph.com (the “Site”), the Salus Care PH checkout process, the Membership Program, and all purchases of prescription drugs, over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, vitamins, supplements, and medical devices.

By accessing the Site or clicking “Place Order”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Use of the Site

1.1. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
1.2. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Upload or transmit harmful, malicious, or disruptive content
• Interfere with the security, functionality, or integrity of the Site

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. All content on the Site—including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, and software—is the property of Salus Care PH or its content providers.

3. User Accounts

3.1. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
3.2. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise security.

4. Membership Program (₱399 Annual Membership)

4.1. Membership Requirement
A valid and active membership is required to purchase medicines, supplements, and medical devices from Salus Care PH.

4.2. Membership Fee
The membership fee is ₱399, valid for one (1) year. The fee is non-refundable, except where required by law.

4.3. Activation
Membership becomes active immediately after successful payment. A confirmation notice will be sent via email or SMS.

4.4. Membership Benefits
Active members receive:

• Full access to purchase medicines, OTC items, supplements, and medical devices
• Exclusive member pricing and promotions
• Priority support
• Access to future member-only features

4.5. Non-Transferability
Membership is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be shared or resold.
Members may purchase for dependents or family members as allowed by law.

4.6. Renewal
Membership must be renewed every 12 months. We may send reminders but are not obligated to auto-renew unless you authorize it.

4.7. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime, but the membership fee remains non-refundable. Your benefits continue until expiration.

4.8. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate memberships for fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4.9. Changes to Membership Benefits
We may modify, add, or remove membership features. Material changes will be announced on the Site.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. You confirm that all information provided—name, address, age, government-issued ID, health information, and prescriptions—is truthful and accurate.
5.2. You agree to use all products responsibly and according to medical guidance.
5.3. You understand that misuse, sharing, or incorrect dosing of medication may cause serious health risks.

6. Prescription Requirements

6.1. A valid prescription from a licensed medical professional is required for all prescription medicines.
6.2. A valid prescription must include:

• Patient name
• Date issued
• Doctor’s name and PRC license number
• Medication name, dosage, and quantity
  6.3. Orders will not be processed until the prescription is successfully validated.
  6.4. We may decline orders if the prescription is expired, unclear, altered, or suspected to be fraudulent.

7. Product Information & Usage

7.1. Product descriptions, warnings, and dosage information on the Site are for general reference only.
7.2. This information does not replace professional medical advice.
7.3. Always follow your doctor’s instructions and the official product label.

8. Health & Safety Disclaimer

8.1. By purchasing any product, you confirm you have no known allergies, contraindications, or medical conditions that would make the product unsafe.
8.2. Salus Care PH is not liable for adverse effects resulting from:

• Incorrect dosing
• Failure to follow medical instructions
• Self-medication
• Mixing medications without professional approval

9. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

9.1. All orders must be paid in full before processing.
9.2. Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
9.3. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Refunds & Returns

9.4. Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Prescription drugs
• OTC medicines
• Supplements
• Medical devices

Exceptions:
A return or refund may be approved only if:

• The wrong item was sent
• The item was damaged upon delivery
• There is an official manufacturer recall

9.5. “Change of mind” returns are strictly not allowed.

10. Delivery & Pickup

10.1. Delivery times vary depending on product availability, prescription verification, and courier operations.
10.2. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon receipt.
10.3. If proper identification cannot be presented, we may refuse to release the order.

11. Storage & Handling

11.1. Once delivered, you are responsible for storing products according to label instructions (e.g., temperature requirements).
11.2. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.

12. Third-Party Links

12.1. The Site may contain links to third-party sites.
12.2. Salus Care PH is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of these external sites.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salus Care PH shall not be liable for:

16.2. You agree not to resell or redistribute any products purchased from Salus Care PH.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, membership, or ability to use the Site at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
